Refund policy
At CoZ, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality skincare and cosmetic products. While we aim for complete satisfaction with every purchase, we understand that there may be instances where a return or exchange is necessary. Please review our policy below for full details.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- The return request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving the order
- Proof of purchase is provided (receipt or order confirmation)
To be eligible for return, items must be unopened and unused. Any products that have been opened, used, or unsealed will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +961 76 694009. Once your request is approved, items must be returned to the following address:
Old Saida Road, Center Awada Building, facing Al Jawad Restaurant, 5th Floor.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. For further assistance, you may also email us at coz.clinz@gmail.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receipt by contacting +961 76 694009. We will promptly assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or return.
In such cases, CoZ will cover all return and re-delivery shipping costs.
Exchanges
Customers who wish to exchange a product for reasons unrelated to defects (such as change of mind or preference) must ensure the product meets our return eligibility criteria.
In these cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees, including return and re-delivery charges.
To complete an exchange, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order once the return has been accepted.
Refunds
At this time, CoZ does not offer cash or card refunds. Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, which can be applied to any future purchase on our platform.
Store credit will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected, and you will be notified accordingly.
